• Please arrive 15 minutes before class to give yourself enough time to sign waiver forms & meet the team. 
• We will loan you a uniform (gi) to wear for your first class. Bring a t-shirt to wear under the gi.
• Practice good hygiene. Fingernails and toenails must be kept short to avoid injury.
• Remove all jewelry for your teammates’ safety and yours.
• Long hair should always be worn off the face & tied back.
• Bring water & a towel.
